Pre-Lease Planning/Design ServicesProgramming By interviewing key personnel, we identify departmental needs, traffic flow, and common areas. This develops the square footage requirements for the space. Space Planning Once the program document is complete and the square footage is determined, we can begin to apply this to the spaces the client is interested in. This would be done on all sites of interest. Since the same amount of square footage in one building may not necessarily be suitable due to architectural constraints, this process will identify the best suitable space for the client.
